Seasonal Replenishment Analyst (EL SALVADOR)

POSITION SUMMARY

Generating various analyses related  to the supply chain processes for the Dollarcity seasons. Define the quantities of product to purchase and distribute for seasons at all stores.  He or she will also be responsible for ensuring a timely coordination and execution of the purchasing and distribution plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define the quantities of seasonal product to be purchased for Dollarcity stores in El Salvador, Guatemala, Colombia and Perú
• Define the seasonal product quantities to be distributed to all Dollarcity stores and coordinate with other departments involved to ensure the execution of the distribution plan
• Place distribution orders to national warehouses and stores through SAP
• Review and update Master Data parameters to ensure data inputs in SAP are correct
• Generate reports to provide visibility to interested internal parties regarding product transits, seasonal sales performance, inventory, lead times, among others
• Carry out any other analysis required

REQUIREMENTS:

• University undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related careers
• 5+ years in supply chain related analysis, or analysis with large data sets
• Strong analytics skills focused on solutions and improvement
• 100% Bilingual English and Spanish
