Director for Educational Center

Our client in Honduras is seeking a Director for their educational center. The selected individual is expected to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy with an orientation in school administration.
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Education from a recognized, accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of successful administrative or supervisory experience in schools.
• Demonstrates instructional leadership, interpersonal skills, strategic collaborative leadership, integrity, and communication skills.
• Commits to the school’s mission and vision of promoting equitable education for all enrolled students, regardless of their socioeconomic background.

• Must be a Honduran citizen.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience working with the Honduras National Basic Curriculum and Secretary of Education policies.
• Experience in managing annual school budgets.
